can you use spray adhesive as a sealant

I put some decorative vinyl sticker tiles on some of my ugly porch tiles and they look amazing. Hi there. Happy Crafting. I don’t know. Inwill be using it alot outdoors to water my gardens so it absolutely needs to be waterproof. . Obviously the sticker alone won’t hold for very long, so I’m wanting to use a strong spray adhesive to assist, but not damage the vinyl. Maybe they'll send one to me too!
